We can travel to most locations around Aberdeenshire/city. We do charge a nominal call-out fee depending on your location.
Duration of our services
Some services can be very time consuming and therefore may not be suitable to be undertaken in the customers home. PC optimization, hard drive replacements & secure wipe can take up to 8+ hours depending on the condition and amount of data. We have a collect & return service for these, where the call-out charge would be 1.5x (for example a call-out of £30 would be £45 for collect and return) and we aim to get it completed and returned to you within approximately 3 working days. All other prices remain the same.
